The term of each member shall be for five years, except that if County Commissioners are serving on the County Board, a Commissioner who leaves office shall be deemed to have resigned from the County Board, and the replacement Commissioner will be appointed to complete the term. Non-Commissioner County Board members may be reappointed for up to two additional terms.
