The Delta County Building and Grounds is soliciting proposals for the purchase and installation of a Maintenance Shop. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective vendors (hereinafter referred to as a Vendor or Respondent) for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter referred to as County) for the purchase and installation of a maintenance shop.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective Vendors for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County. Bidders may obtain bidding documents through the Delta County BidNet Direct branded site at Delta County BidNet Direct. Bid information is also available on the Delta County website. Bids must be submitted on County forms with any additional information attached.
The County reserves the right to reject any bids; to change, add, or amend the specifications; to waive any informality, and accept the Proposal that best serves the County's interest.
There is a MANDATORY pre-bid event for this Proposal. The event will be held on January 25, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. All prospective vendors are to meet at the Maloney House at the Delta County Fairgrounds located at 403 South 4th St, Hotchkiss, CO 81419. All prospective vendors who wish to submit and have their Proposal considered are required to attend and/or send a company representative. If a prospective vendor and/or company representative does not attend this mandatory pre-bid event, their bid submission will not be considered.
