NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delta County Road and Bridge Department is soliciting proposals for purchasing Magnesium Chloride. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective vendors (hereinafter referred to as a Vendor or Respondent) for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter referred to as COUNTY) for the purchase of Magnesium Chloride.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective Vendors for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County. Bidders may obtain bidding documents through the Delta County BidNet Direct branded site at Delta County BidNet Direct. Bid information is also available on the Delta County website. Bids must be submitted on County forms with any additional information attached. 

The County reserves the right to reject any bids; to change, add, or amend the specifications; to waive any informality, and accept the Proposal that best serves the County's interest.
