County Public Meetings
Thank you for your interest in Delta County and wanting to be more involved by attending a public meeting.
How to Subscribe
To subscribe and receive notifications for any or all Delta County meeting bodies:
- Go to the "NotifyMe" section of our website.
- Once on the NotifyMe page, scroll down to the “Calendar” section and look for the meeting body you’re interested in.
- Select email (envelope icon) or text (phone icon) notifications.
- Follow system prompts to complete sign up.
Virtual Meeting Participation
Members of the public wishing to attend meetings via Zoom must register in advance. After registering, you will receive an email confirmation with the Zoom link and other information about joining the meeting.
- Board of County Commissioners Meetings Zoom registration: ALL meetings for the Board of County Commissioners that are streamed via Zoom will be available through this link.
- Planning Commission Meetings Zoom registration: ALL meetings for the Planning Commission that are streamed via Zoom will be available through this link.
- Board of Adjustment Meetings Zoom registration
Viewing Agendas
Locate a meeting in the portal above using the calendar and additional filters or by manually scrolling through the events list. Click on an event to see all published content, including agendas and minutes, for that meeting.
Missed the Meeting?
If you are unable to attend in person or virtually during the scheduled times of the public meetings, you can watch recordings of previous Board of County Commissioners Regularly Scheduled Monthly meetings, Planning Commission, and Board of Adjustment Meetings on the Delta County Government YouTube Channel by clicking this YouTube Link.
