Health Services for Everyone
We offer comprehensive, confidential, and compassionate services to support individuals and families in making informed decisions about their reproductive and sexual health. Our team of healthcare professionals is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a welcoming and non-judgmental environment. Our services include annual gynecological exams, birth control options, sexually transmitted Infection (STI) testing and treatment, pregnancy testing and counseling, basic infertility workup, PrEP, DoxyPEP, breast and cervical screenings, and education on sexual and reproductive health. We also offer confidential counseling services to help individuals navigate their reproductive choices. Spanish interpreters are available via in-person and telephone. To make an appointment or talk with one of the nurses, call your Public Health Department at 970-874-2165.
Breast and Cervical Cancer Screenings
We offer annual gynecological exams for all. Breast cancer screening is most often done with a mammogram. The latest guidelines recommend every other year screening for those at average risk of developing cancer. Your risk can be determined during a discussion with our nurses. Cervical cancer screening is done with either primary HPV testing or a Pap alone. Both of these can also be called a Pap smear or Papanicolaou test. The latest guidelines will determine your specific screening needs and can be discussed with our nurses. We accept all commercial insurance and Medicaid, have a sliding fee scale based on income and household size, and free breast and cervical cancer screening through Women’s Wellness Connection. To qualify for our sliding fee scale or free services, you must be between the ages of 25-64 for cervical cancer screening and 40-64 for breast cancer screening; meet household income guidelines; and not have insurance that covers these services.
Our nurse practitioner and registered nurses provide:

- Physical exams including Pap smears and breast and pelvic exams as indicated
